That sounds so yummy and so healthy. I a still not coping terribly well with the good eating, but improving gradually and now I have a dog i am at least exercising daily. Have canned the biking, I am walking everywhere, a minimum of two decent walks a day. I SOOOOO cant wait for the warmer weather. I really really really want to grow my own vegetables this coming season for an abundance of super frersh veg and fruit on hand. I really would like another freezer to store excess produce.
